The human experience is complex, and no two people are exactly the same. Therefore, my goal is to create a unique therapeutic experience that will work for you.
I use evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions to create the changes you want to see. As a biracial Latina, I know what it feels like to not be able to check a box and meet societal labels. I use a multi-cultural sensitive approach offering compassion and respect no matter who you are or where you are on your journey.
Your time is valuable and I want you to see progress as soon as possible. Together, we will set achievable goals and regularly assess your progress in therapy. I don’t use contracts or packages, I empower you to be an active participant in our work together.
